Hello
I am a certified yoga teacher, trained in Hatha Yoga.


I have always enjoyed yoga, its benefits for our body and mind and how it enables me to connect better to who I am and how I navigate the world we live in.
I decided to do my teacher training both so I could share the power of yoga with other people, but also so I could connect more deeply to the philosophy and spirituality that surrounds the yogic practise. I trained under Catherine Boyle and Natalie Valenti at Soul Space studio in Cumbernauld and received my 200hr Hatha Yoga qualification, alongside training in Cold Water Therapy and emergency first aid.
I want to create open, judgement-free and joyful yoga spaces that are about people leaving lighter and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
Beyond yoga, my background is in accessibility within the arts, disability inclusion and community outreach projects. I have worked in the music and theatre sector since having studied and now I work for charities and organisations that focus on using the arts to benefit people’s wellbeing and break down barriers of access to both music and theatre.
I care about people, supporting others to achieve great things and about creating community in peoples lives.
